Stepping Out for Tavi Schools Dance Festival

Tavi Schools Dance Festival 2019230 Year-4 children attended the Tavistock area dance festival on 14th January. Split across two venues – King’s Community Church and Tavistock Scout Hall, the morning session had 134 attending, with 96 attending the afternoon session, including one surprise wheel chair user for whom the instructors altered their routines slightly to ensure everyone had a good time.

Zumba Gold & Zumba Fitness + PILATES (Tuesday 5.45-6.45 )

Perfect for those who love the Latin rhythms of Zumba but want a lower intensity workout. Focusing on balance, coordination, range of motion and cardio fitness, it’s a great way to work out, meet new people and HAVE FUN ?


MONDAY 10AM-10.45AM – £4.00

Perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.


TUESDAY 7PM-8PM – £4.50

We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

Ballet and Tap

Exeter ballet…with Exeter Academy of Dance. We aim to promote enjoyment and a love of dance for both boys and girls from the age of 2 ½ all the way up to adults. Students of all abilities are catered for with many dancing for enjoyment and others pursuing the ambition of a career in dance. We provide a positive and caring environment to help each student fulfil their own potential whilst developing their dance technique, co-ordination, physicality, and confidence.
