This class allows the new mother to ease herself gently back into yoga practice with her baby. There’s a focus on toning the pelvic floor and abdomen and easing the back and shoulders. Activities to develop each child’s love of triathlon and physical activity in a fun, encouraging and progressive atmosphere. The children will improve their bike handling skills; transition skills; running technique as well as their agility, balance and coordination. Coached swim sessions will focus on skills that boost a child’s confidence and ability to take part in triathlons.

OCRA Dance Project is a non-profit event dance group that is open to all, bringing our community together through dance, music and laughter. A variety of dance styles.
