Gathering after this Tuesday’s runs, club members enjoyed a celebratory get together at OCRA Pavilion; possibly the only party where the dress code for the majority of attendees included hi-vis vests and jackets. 😄
We are saddened to announce the departure of OCRA’s Sport and Recreation Manager, Stuart Lord.
After twenty one years dedicated service, which has seen OCRA grow from a small charitable enterprise to a mainstay within the community, Stuart is leaving OCRA to seek new challenges in sports development.

Triathlon ‘Age-Group’ racing is where you race as an amateur (not in the ‘pro’ category), with people similar in age, with Hannah’s competing in the the 35-39 age group. Following a 2nd Place podium finish at Weymouth Ironman70.3, Hannah qualified for the World Championship final in South Africa in September 2018. With a strong finish time and placing, she was also selected to represented the GBR team at the middle distance European triathlon in Ibiza in October. SNAP is a social, creative and active club for young people with special needs that is run by recreation charity OCRA.
The group were receiving T Shirts ,music, activity and drama equipment from fundraising by a local group of young people who had come together over the summer as part of a National Citizen Service (NCS) course run by Argyle Community Trust. Continue reading News: Thank You from SNAP

Over 800 people came to try a variety of sports and activities at OCRA’s annual Super Sports Sunday in Simmons Park (Sunday 22 July).
