Image: Okehampton Running ClubClub nights are Tuesdays and Thursdays. There are five groups for different abilities running each night, so there should be one to suit you. Each group is taken out by a qualified leader to help guide you in your training. Meet at 6.15pm and train from 6.30-7.30pm.

BASKETBALL (15+ yrs)
Shoot some hoops! Great social club.

ADULT/YOUTH BADMINTON (11+ yrs)
Fun, social club. All abilities welcome.

PILATES (14+ yrs)
Flowing movement that aids fitness and well-being.

ADULT GYMNASTICS (14-70 yrs)
Have fun learning floor, vault, beam, bar, trampolining, DMT, tumbling and Free-G!

OKEY COKEY MINI GYM (3-4 yrs)
Learn skills on floor, beam and springboard! Mondays, 2-2.40pm & Fridays, 11-11.40am, Okey Cokey

FREE-G (11+ yrs)
Learn parkour, freerunning and tricking skills!

SNAP (6+ yrs)
A fun social and activity club for young people with special needs. Thursdays, 6.45-8.15pm, £5, Pavilion

GYMNASTICS CLUB (5+ yrs)

TRAMPOLINE & DMT (5+ yrs)
