NEW! Mum and Baby Yoga from March 1st

Fridays 11-12, starting 1st March, Pavilion in the Park

This class allows the new mother to ease herself gently back into yoga practice with her baby.  There’s a focus on toning the pelvic floor and abdomen and easing the back and shoulders.
