While the sports pitches and parks may have been quiet over the past few months, we know behind closed doors the lockdown has provided the perfect opportunity for creative juices to flow. To celebrate and showcase these expressive endeavours, here at the Pavilion in the Park we’re running a competition to find our ‘Picasso in the Park’ and the best lockdown artwork from school aged children.
The winner will receive a choice on a voucher for our facility. We’ll be displaying as many of the entries as possible at our very own gallery – the Pavilion in the Park, so even if you don’t win you can be part of the event.
To enter simply pop your entries into the Pavilion in the Park (Simmons Park by Okehampton College), with your name, age, the school you go to and a contact for your parent/guardian on the back. If you want to write a few words about your entry too, please do. Entries close 30th July 2020 and winners will be announced the following week.
