What to bring:

Please ensure your child brings a drink and a snack to half day camps, and a drink, snack and lunch to whole day camps.

What to wear:

Children will need to wear something comfortable and easy to move in such as a t-shirt, leggings or shorts, and trainers (no dresses or Heelys). Children who wish to do trampolining will also need to bring socks.

Children attending outdoor activities including Sport & Art days, afternoon club, athletics camp, football camp, mini athletics and mini football will need to bring a sunhat, sun cream and a waterproof coat.

Where to meet and pick up:

Sport & Art Days – Parklands Leisure Centre sports hall. Please sign your child(ren) in at the desk near the door and complete the registration form provided if you have not completed the ‘Registration and Consents’ form online. There will be games available for children to play during registration, and the day’s activities will be on a whiteboard in the hall for children to look at all day. When everyone has signed in, the children will choose their first activity (there will be four sessions over the day, with art and gym/trampolining available all day, and other sports and activities on offer each session). Children will need to be picked up from Parklands sports hall at 3pm.

Breakfast Club – Breakfast Club is at the Pavilion in the Park from 8.15am, with breakfast served until 9.15am.

Afternoon Club – Afternoon Club starts at Parklands Leisure Centre sports hall at 3pm. Children already attending Sport & Art on the same day will not need to be re-registered. We offer a variety of activities during this club across the Okehampton College site. Pick up is from the Pavilion at 5.30pm.
