NEW: Forest Chi commences May 10th at the Pavilion

Image: Forest-Chi (Kate Dixon)The practice of Tai Chi is well known to improve health in body and mind, easing stress and tension, strengthening core muscles and building vitality. This is combined with the mindfulness of focusing on the moves, on what is happening in nature in each moment and with the way that being out in nature can lift the spirits. This can be an uplifting and transformative practice for the whole person.

The class dates are May 10th, 17th and 24th and June 7th, 14th and 21st. There will be a summer solstice celebration to end the course. We will use the light and airy upstairs space at The Pavilion and when the weather is good, the outside balconies and nearby river and forest walks.

Come and try out a session; drop in £8, or come for the whole course for £40. No previous experience of Tai Chi is necessary.
