NEW: Forest Chi commences May 10th at the Pavilion

Image: Forest-Chi (Kate Dixon)The practice of Tai Chi is well known to improve health in body and mind, easing stress and tension, strengthening core muscles and building vitality. This is combined with the mindfulness of focusing on the moves, on what is happening in nature in each moment and with the way that being out in nature can lift the spirits. This can be an uplifting and transformative practice for the whole person.
