Schools from across our region attended the West Devon Quad Kids event at Tavistock Track on Friday 4th May.
This is always hugely popular with those that take part, boosted this year by a curriculum time slot to hold it; earlier than usual, we chose a Friday afternoon so there was the least disruption possible to pending SATS revision.
Teams of 4/5 girls and 4/5 boys (min 4, max 5) took part in the 75m sprint, long jump, vortex throw and 600m run. The top 4 of each count towards the team score.
The winners, St Peter’s, will represent West Devon at the School Games County Finals at Brickfields, Plymouth on Wednesday 20th June.
